My name is Fred Creedon, I am a design thinking and service design lecturer, workshop facilitator, mentor, and consultant. I am based in the south of Ireland in Cork and work online first.
I can help you to identify opportunities for innovation, help you identify gaps in your service delivery, and help you to align your innovation pipeline with your business priorities.
Through my Ph.D. research and years of workshops and mentoring, I have been able to support the introduction of design thinking and service design across multiple industries and in both the public and private sectors.
My goal is to make introducing design as simple as it needs to be and to be flexible, practical, and focused on your needs.

I reached out to Fred to help unlock some innovation ideas in our organisation, we had a meeting organised within a week along with our Innovation Champion and and the 3 of us were able to start brainstorming on how to bring innovation into the everyday aspects in our roles.
Fred listened to what we had going on already and what we would like to achieve. With some practical tips and best practice approaches, he was able to show that we had some great innovative ideas in their early stages and helped show what we needed to do to progress these.
